Sidercad has been active since the early 1990s in the area of real estate asset management. It works both in civil and industrial design and in the more specific IT area of analysis, design, development, commissioning and maintenance of systems related to the audit and management of civil and industrial real estate assets.

Over its almost twenty years of activity, Sidercad has developed a real estate management product called NEAT Estate, consisting of a series of modules allowing a total management of real estate assets; it is flexible and fully automated and covers all the various aspects involved: management of master data and land register official information, administrative and fiscal management, development and management of new projects, sales management and management of areas.

The product’s key features include:

• the integration of management data with graphics (area maps, building floor plans, etc.) which allows, in addition to an immediate and natural “viewing” of the managed assets, to graphically display statistics and management calculations on the drawings and, at the same time, the automatic acquisition of data, starting from the drawn areas.

• online access to information, allowing a widespread distribution of information to all sites

• interoperability and data exchange with the most widely used software, by the use of standard protocols

• automatic production of technical and administrative documents by commonly used tools, such as Microsoft Office, Acrobat Reader etc.

The NEAT Estate product is aimed at all public and private bodies with assets to manage, regardless of the type of usage: owner-occupied property, real estate assets (rented or otherwise), real estate used by employees, land.
